Live Arrival Policy
We will not ship any less than 6 ayam cemani chicks because it is not healthy or safe for the baby chicks. If you place an order for 6 or more chicks, Ayama Cock Farms guarantees you will receive the number of chicks you ordered alive the day you receive them. If you have fewer chicks alive than you ordered, you will be asked to send us a photo of the deceased chick and you will be promptly refunded the cost of the lost chick. We must receive an email notification (with photo) from you within 24 hours of delivery for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs.
We ship dozens of boxes each week and our DOA (dead on arrival) record is excellent, but nature will be nature and not all boxes are delivered with perfection. Ayama Cock farms Hatchery is unable to refund or replace any poultry after it has arrived safe and in a timely manner. Our pricing is not setup to incur these types of expenses and risk beyond that point.
Our replacement or refund policy is only for unsafe or unusually long shipping risks that the shipping company cause and must be reported immediately. “Policies /guarantees.” Buying live poultry has inherent risk of successfully raising them and is a buyer’s risk. Sometimes things go wrong without any real reason that can be determined even when care instructions are followed. 98% of Ayama’s customers experience great success when following our care instructions
QUALITY GUARANTEED:
All Ayama Cock® poultry are guaranteed to be of the grade, quality, sex and breed as represented. Should any error occur, we will make a prompt adjustment. In producing these chicks, we the seller have followed approved and recommended methods of flock control and egg selection and have established sanitary and disease control standards in the Hatchery operation. We do not warrant poultry to be free from any disease which could not be ascertained at the time of sale. Liability is limited in all cases to replacement of damaged chicks and extra chicks must apply. Replacement good for one time only. Under no circumstances shall our liability, on claims of any kind, exceed the total price paid for poultry.
